Processing Time
All C.A.B Hood Budda orders are prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Shipping
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
C.A.B Hood Budda is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our body butters may naturally soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. A change in texture does not necessarily mean the product is damaged.
If your butter arrives softened or melted, keep the jar upright and place it in a cool area until it returns to a firmer consistency. Melting caused by weather conditions is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our body care products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive an unopened product and need assistance with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Fragrance Preferences
Fragrance is personal, and scents may smell different from person to person. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds solely because a customer does not prefer a scent after the product has been opened or used.
We encourage you to review each product’s scent notes before purchasing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
