Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Standard shipping starts at $8.00. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. C.A.B Hood Budda is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
